Contouring Methods Compared

Bear in mind that sampling biases and measurement errors will be important, and that these methods are merely a means of visualizing data distributions. Clumps of points may be significant, or they may mean only that measurements were easy to make on one rock type or at one locality. Small details of construction are unlikely to be geologically significant.

Kalsbeek Net Method. Sparse data like this are not where this method shines. Just by chance the highest data density fell into several hexagons and does not show up.
