Find Strike and Dip of a Planes, Given Three Points

In this problem, we simply combine two operations.

1. The problem. Find the dip and strike of this layer from the three elevations.

2. Interpolate elevations along the legs of the triangle. 

4. Locate the structure contours. The strike is the azimuth of the contours. You don't need a complete set of contours - just enough to get strike and ip.

4. Determine the dip either by drawing a cross-section or by trigonometry.
