cax("Civil Affairs Exercise") 2000 was a joint exercise between the 308th Civil Affairs Brigade in Homewood, Illinois and its two subordinate units, the 432nd in Green Bay and the 415th Civil Affairs Battalion in Kalamazoo, MI.
